1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MinecraftPal (minecraftpal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MinecraftPal is an analytics and discovery platform for the Minecraft Marketplace. We provide tools for browsing Marketplace content, viewing creator analytics, tracking trends, and syncing your owned Marketplace purchases.

MinecraftPal is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Xbox, or any Minecraft Marketplace creators. We do not sell Minecraft Marketplace items.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on MinecraftPal. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts & Registration

You may register using a username and password or through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account.

MinecraftPal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in an abusive manner.

5. Microsoft/Xbox Account Linking

MinecraftPal offers optional Microsoft/Xbox account linking through a device code authentication flow. Linking your account grants MinecraftPal access to your Xbox profile information and Minecraft Marketplace entitlements.

You may disconnect your Microsoft account at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes all Microsoft and Xbox data associated with your account.

6. Marketplace Data & Accuracy

Analytics, revenue estimates, ratings, and other data displayed on MinecraftPal are approximations based on publicly available information. This data is not guaranteed to be accurate and is not endorsed by or sourced from Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

You should not rely solely on MinecraftPal data for business or financial decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

When using MinecraftPal, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from MinecraftPal through automated means
Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access the service
Circumvent rate limits or other access restrictions
Impersonate other users, creators, or MinecraftPal staff
Use the service for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

MinecraftPal's analytics, design, and original content are the property of MinecraftPal. Minecraft, the Minecraft Marketplace, and all related content are the property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Marketplace item imagery, descriptions, and creator content belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

MinecraftPal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to inaccurate data, service interruptions, or loss of data.

10. Termination

MinecraftPal may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us through the website.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of MinecraftPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
